Objectives<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">It is the goal of Capital FX Traders (\u201cCapital FX Traders\u201d), to help users enter and navigate the cryptocurrency space, and provide tools to help users make their own sound decisions relative to growing their wealth. Services are intended for medium- and long-term investors.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><b>2. Activities<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">2.1 Account creation<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders will create the necessary crypto exchange accounts on behalf of, and with permission of the user. Once account set-up is complete, users are provided with the account credentials and password change instructions, at which point users will have full control over their account. Users are the full and sole owner of their exchange accounts and carry all responsibilities that come with opening, holding, and managing such accounts.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">2.2 Asset allocation<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders uses dynamic, proprietary algorithms to define and perform portfolio allocation, based on user input. Manual trades or transactions conducted by users may limit Capital FX Traders\u2019s account monitoring and reporting ability.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">2.3 Fund deposits and withdrawals<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Users are responsible for depositing and withdrawing funds to\/from their account, however Capital FX Traders will provide clear instructions on how to do so.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">2.4 Account monitoring and reporting<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders will continuously monitor user accounts and provide users with a monthly dashboard with easy-to-understand portfolio and performance details.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><b>3. Fees<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">3.1 Fee structure<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders offers different plans: freemium, and performance fee. The freemium plan is totally free and offers limited functionality.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Our customers especially like the no-profit-no-pay model as it means that Capital FX Traders only gets paid if the customer wins. We like this also!<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">3.2 Promotions<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders reserves the right to apply promotional discounts to the fees listed under 3.1. This is completely at Capital FX Traders\u2019s discretion.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">3.3 Other fees<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders does not charge any additional or hidden fees. For any transaction or trading fees that may be charged by cryptocurrency exchanges and\/or banks, users accept full responsibility.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><b>4. Security<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">4.1 Infrastructure<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders is powered by Google Cloud. Google Cloud helps reducing the cost, complexity, and risk associated with security and compliance in the cloud.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">4.2 Exchanges<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders thoroughly vets its partners and only works with major \u201ctop-10\u201d exchanges. User funds remain on their personal exchange account and interactions between Capital FX Traders and user accounts are performed by means of customer owned API keys. API access is limited, hence in the unlikely event of a security breach, no fund withdrawal can take place.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><b>5. Disclaimer<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">5.1 Financial advice<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Capital FX Traders does not provide financial advice. In any event, Capital FX Traders\u2019s total aggregate liability to users for all damages of every kind and type (regardless of whether based in contract or tort) shall not exceed the fees paid to Capital FX Traders for the use of our services or applications.<\/span><\/p><h3><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\"><b>6. Risks<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">Investing in any asset class, including crypto currencies, holds numerous risks, for example: technology risks, exchange risks, security risks, regulatory risks.\u00a0 Before deciding to leverage Capital FX Traders services, users should carefully consider their investment objectives and risk appetite. The possibility exists that users lose some or all of their initial investment and therefore no money should be invested that users cannot afford to lose.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">As with any market, for a transaction to happen it requires a seller, a buyer, and a price agreement. Loss-limiting strategies such as stop-loss orders may not be effective because market conditions or technological issues may make it impossible to execute stop-loss orders. User data will never be shared with any third party before explicit user consent. Communication<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">The User understands and agrees to the preceding sections. The User also agrees to the following:<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">User agrees to not hold Capital FX Traders liable for any realized trading loss in any currency or asset;<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">User reserves the right to stop using Capital FX Traders at any point;<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">You agrees and warrants that any information provided to Capital FX Traders is accurate and complete;<\/span><\/li><li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"color: #f0f0f0;\">User agrees that Capital FX Traders is offering a Software as a Service (SaaS).
